Additional pieces—including coffee tables, stools, benches, and side tables—are currently being fabricated.

Walnut, cherry, ash, white and greyed oak, mahogany, and other hardwoods are available for each unique made-to order piece. The table tops also can be fabricated in clear or translucent glass. The Ortiz-Hernandez Group will work with designers to customize any piece.

This series of console tables combines hardwoods and steel. The steel bases are finished with a patina that has depth, warmth, beauty, high resistance to abrasion, and extreme durability. These are paired with the quiet drama of a number of hardwoods lustered with a special multi-stage hand-rubbed oil finish that needs no wax or further maintenance.

bench

Steel and live edge birch

56"x17"x8 1/2"+

A sheet of steel starts out with a tight triangle that lengthens, expands, and opens like extended arms, a simple but dynamic form.

The wood is supported by two sheets of steel that meet at the center of the bench and then split open at both ends.

ART+DESIGN

The pleated base of Tiribiri is about movement in two directions. Effective with a glass top as well.

A right angle of steel above corresponds to a right angle below, the wood compressed between them. A bite.
